Shipping and Delivery
As soon as you place your order you will receive order confirmation e-mail. If the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will ship within 1-2 business days.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
All items will be shipped via US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We will not be responsible for any US Mail packages that are lost after delivery. If the Delivery Confirmation number for the packages shows “Delivered” and you do not have the package, you need to speak to your local mail carrier.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Purchases can be exchanged for the same item, other item(s), or a refund. In order to return non-defective items, the items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped. Please read carefully our Cancellations and Refunds policy for additional information on restocking fee.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you complete a purchase and wish to cancel it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your item has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and your full purchase price including shipping will be refunded. If the order has already shipped, you will need to return the package to us in accordance with our return policy. Shipping will not be refundable on cancellations where the order has already been shipped.
15% restocking fee
If a purchased product does not meet your needs and you need to return it because of that or any other non-defect reason, a 15% restocking fee will apply to the item price refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. The buyer will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
All orders are placed through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standard. SSL provides maximum protection for credit cards and ordering information. Once you begin the order checkout process, you will enter SSL protection . Once in SSL, all information is transferred in an encrypted format that protects the information from possible interlopers.
The information you provide to enter an on-line order will not be shared or sold to anyone. This is a trust that we at OSXWIFI take very seriously. Your information will not be released or sold to any other person unless we’re presented with a court order.
